Track Your Shipment
Another recent addition to the website is the view shipment status feature. Every package shipped with R&L will have the pro # stored in our database. You may retreive that number at any time by logging-in to the website and clicking "View Shipment Status." From there you enter your phone number and the pro number will be displayed with which you may view the current status of your shipment.
For UPS and FedEx, if you have not done so, please notify your sales representative and tell him that you would like to enroll in receiving tracking information. Once that's complete, you may view your tracking information by logging-in and clicking "View Shipment Status." Once your on the page, you may enter your tracking number.
Search By Vehicle
A recently added feature is the "Find wheels/tires by selecting your vehicle" search. This feature is only available to our online-customers; so if you need to use it, please sign up for online access by clicking the register link.
